Do a 600 watt 140mm non modular mATX PSU exsist?

I need a 600 watt 140mm non modular mATX PSU to fit properly in my Aerocool PGS Qx2000 case & support my ATI HD 6870 videocard.

The PSU is in a Qx-2000 mATX cube case & beauce of the design of the case & the physical demensions of the PSU the HDD cage will not fit where it's suppose to go. Check out the link below for specs on my case as to gain a better understanding of my problem.

Just for your information here are the system requirements for the HD 6870 straight from the manufacter site:

I never trust the minimum requirements & at least I know my system can handle anything I throw at it
