How much extra power does Overclocking GTX 460 draw?

I am planning to run 2 EVGA 460 SE's in SLI and overclocking them. I already have one SE. Wish I had the regular one but I'll have to work with what I have. I have an Antec Earthwatts 650 watt power supply.
I was wondering if i were to overclock the speeds using the EVGA precision tool to maybe these speeds: (I pulled them off hardware canucks review) How much more power would doing the OC draw, in comparison to stock settings?

Graphics Clock: 851Mhz
Processor Clock: 1702Mhz
Memory Clock: 3980Mhz (QDR)

I know that 650 watts alone is cutting it close, so will overclocking these two cards in SLI be too much for my power supply to handle? If the above is too aggressive than maybe a little bit less would work? This is what else i have on my comp

i7-950 (no OC)
Asus Sabertooth X58
Corsair 600T case
6 GB RAM
1 64 GB SSD
1 1TB HDD
1 CD/RW
1 networking card

Thanks for your help guys.
