i have a hd5670 sapphire 512mb card, whats the best fan speed i can set it at for performance and best cooling it can be. ive got a 460watt power supply and overclocked with ati auto overdrive

Well, 100% would provide the best cooling. However, why not just let Catalyst manage for you so that the GPU will spin up/down the fan as needed? You really don't have to do anything unless you are OCing the card to the max. In that case, max out the fan speed as well.

You should also check your system temps (use hwmonitor, the free edition) to make sure nothing is out of whack. Also, make sure your overall case airflow is optimized (fans turning, blowing/sucking in the right direction, fans not blocked, etc).

i think it would be 142%.my former hd 5670 ran cooler on that.
