Hi guys my tax return just got in and I need stimulate the economy by building a new computer!

I want to use the computer for gaming but also want as small/quiet a case as possible(Currently using an Antec 900)

Other nifty things, i have a some friends who work for AMD/ATI so I would get a 20% discount on AMD processors.

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range:500-700 before rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Parts Not Required:I have all peripherals, HD, ATI HD 5850, Corsair 520 watt PS, G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

I'd STRONGLY recommend saving for about 2 months on this if you get a discount on AMD stuff: at the start of June, the AMD Bulldozer and Llano stuff should be shipping.

existing AMD stuff really doesn't compete with Intel Sandy Bridge processors, in price or performance. Anything over $600 is better with Intel right now.

This will change in June, when AMD should be solidly competitive again, and your 20% discount will really pay off.
