"login to the router via IP Address from your web browser.

to get the IP Address go to Start > Run > type cmd to open a command line then type IPCONFIG /ALL and get the default gateway IP Address, type that in the address bar of Internet Explorer or Firefox or whatever you use. you will need a login, search google for "default password your router name and model"
