Where would i find a serial number on my wireless adapter

ok so i have a broken DWL-G510 network adapter by D-link and was wondering where i can find the serial number so i can return the item because it is still under warranty and should i return it directly to d-link or to the place i bought it (ebuyer)?

  1. For the serial number you'll probably need the box it came in. But if you have the receipt or a credit card confirmation return it to the vendor.

    To be frank, why bother -- you can get a new wireless adapter for between $15 and $20.
