hi guys, I bought Corsair 1600MHZ Vengenance model and it has big cooling case , my zalman CNPS12X is oversized and I cant install it withour removing 2 piece of ram cooling case. if I removed it and I didn't over clocked my CPU it will effect the ram heat?
in another word some rams don't have big or even heatsink but im not sure if it will be a major issue for me.

Heatsinks are primarily for idiot appeal and are unnecessary due to the 85C minimum temperature ratings of DDR3 memory chips, but if you have no problems with clearance leave them on since removal can risk tearing the chips off the circuit board.

^ Exactly. If you do get away without breaking solder joints or tearing components off, you will void your RAM's warranty.
If you're good, you can do it - I've done it a few times. But say bye to your RAM's warranty. :)
