i want to buy SAPPHIRE ATI HD3650 AGP 512MB DDR2 64BIT for my pc that using acer e661gxm motherboard..does it work or not??

As long as your mobo has an AGP slot and your power supply is rated at least to 400w then you should be fine. What make/model of power supply are you using?
