How big of a UPS do I need?

Asus Rampage Formula III
Corsair 750W PSU
12Gig pc12800 Gskill
3 DVD-RW
Intel X25-M 160
Samsung 2tb Elements
1TB HD
640GB HD
EVGA GTX 570
3 120mm fans
2 200mm fans
Logitech 560 4.1

That's about it.

I normally like to match the PSU watts with the UPS watts, even though your computer will normally consume much less it is always best to have the extra capacity in-case you need it.
I would go with something around 1000VA.
