I am Nvidia man myself but I suggest that you drop the 560 and go with a Radeon 6950. You will save a lot of money but will have the same performance as the 560. This extra money will allow you to buy the intel i5 2500K which is a BEAST CPU.

To me you should get the 2500K no doubt. Its performance price ratio is unmatched and you can easily overclock it to 4.5Ghz and even 5.0 Ghz with a little more fine tuning.

P.S. the 6950 actually benchmarks higher than the 560 and is much cheaper.

Yeah it would be good but the 2500K is just such an amazing CPU and its not that much more. Where do you shop? On newegg the 6950 is almost $100 cheaper than the 560

Yeah looks like a good build over all. If your going to be gaming 4GB is cutting it close these days. 8GB is the recommended amount. You can always upgrade that later.

Newegg is running a really good deal right now on a pair of (2x4GB) sticks. They are corsair and run at 1600Mhz. I can link you if they like they are normally $100 and they are being sold for $75

As for the CPU the one you selected will be fine but with a little extra money you can get the 2500K and you will be glad you did I think.
