Where can i cut side panel?

As title says, where can this be done?

I have no idea what place would have that machine and how much would cost to cut the side panel using my template.

buy a drill and a metal cutting blade from walmart?

You can use a jigsaw with a metal blade or a Dremel is also good.

Tape round the area to be cut then mark the template on the tape with pen.

Drill a pilot hole for your jigsaw blade or just start cutting with the Dremel.

i know that jigsaw would work but my question is about the machine above ^^ precision is needed

It's called a drill press.
Auto shops usually have them. Mechanic's shops have them too.

Maybe one of your neighbours has one?

Post a template of the design for us, I'm sure its none too hard with a little guidance from us Case-killers
and also list the tools you have to hand, drill, dremel etc

Again i know that its doable with a jigsaw and a dremel, but im trying to justify purchasing these tools for this oldschool mod, cause I may not use these tools any time soon.

I'd say get them, they're mantools that you will use again through life
but if your not up to it, then yes, local mechanics/ bodyshops should have the kit to do the cutting for you
just a case of hunting out somewhere local

Depends how much you want to spend really.

I've built four or five systems with windows on them. I get my acrilic windows from Crazypc and then place it on top of the area where it is supposed to go. Draw a line around it with a pencil and then cut it with a Dremel drill. It is a painless process. The acrilic comes with a rubber trim to hold the window in place.
