I'm building a new video game rig, or rather rebuilding my current.

I'm deciding on a mobo right now and have come across these two:

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I'm going to be using dual-monitors, running video games and music (the usual), and don't plan on
playing the high-end games that require huge amounts of GPU power. Mostly just League of Legends.

I've never heard of ASRock, but that mobo won customer choice award. I was wondering what
opinions people on TH may have since I am still new at selecting a mother board.

Asus spun off a company to a side company that would become ASRock a few years back. ASRock boards generally have a 2 year warranty but most people thing they offer a good value for the dollar. I have never heard of a major issue with any of their boards. The ASRock is a very popular board as it is the low cost gaming board of choice.
