I just build this system and whenever I play online/offline game, the screen lag for slip second every 10-15 second.
This is a 3.4GHz Core i7 with a GTX 570 Graphic card and a SSD, WTF?
I turn the graphic down to the highest spec on the game settings, it lag.
I turn it to the lowest spec, it still lag.
I have build couple computers before, but never have this problem.
The graphic card is updated with the lasted nVidia driver.

That temp of the CPU is HIGH my runs at 39c (100F) That is REALLY hot. Get water cooling.
Mine is about 38-39 just regular and 48-49 (i have a quad core) so if 60c is understrees that's bad and if it's 50 with regular that's bad get into thr 35ish zone.

69 degrees under stress is hot. Mine idles at 35 and is 10 higher under stress usually

Are you using the stock fan and is your case ventilation good? Are you confident you applied the thermal paste well?

Sorry, forgot it had it on OverClocking.
It's about 39C if not on OC.
But OC or not, it still lags.

Okay, Fixed the problem.
By changing the SSD hard drive interface from IDE to RAID or AHCI. Hm...
