$1000 I5 2500k Build

I am wanting to invest in building a PC. The only things I really know that I want is a I5 2500k and at least 8gb of RAM. I will use the computer for mostly editing/rendering and sometimes gaming (Minecraft mostly). Thank you for any suggestions and comments!
