Looking to upgrade my RAM.

Which one should I choose?

[without knowing your mb or if it a pre built pc we cant help you. as some memory will not work in some mother boards.

I have an Asus p8h61-mx

I would choose 1st or second and o/c'ed it to 1600mhz. But to be honest you should mention your whole configuration.

I see. I do want to avoid overclocking because im not too familiar with it and dont want to run the risk of wrecking any of my hardware.

My configuration is;
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel i5 2500k 3.3ghz
Asus P8H61-MX
4 GB (unknown brand) ddr3 RAM
Asus GTX560ti Direct cu II 1GB
1 TB Western Digital SATA HD

Go for 1st or 2nd option. You won't probably see any difference with 560ti.
