All those cards are pretty old...
Why do you want to buy them??

May i suggest you get something like the ATI 6850, GTX 560 Ti or if your budget is constrained, the GTX 460?

You will get a substantial performance boost and will be able to work under that PSU you have, though i still suggest you get an upgrade.

9800gx2 is the fastest of those you listed by a pretty good amount, but it might not run on your power supply. Is there some reason you are limited to those 4 choices?

Don't bother with any of them unless you really want them and they are going on the cheap. The 9800gx2 is nothing but problems and many have had a very short lifetime. The first gtx 260 isn't bad while the second one is only better if it is a core 216 and not the 192 that is common to have that size vram. The last option is a good card but without any maintenance it will be short lived. Look and purchase your gear online unless you are not in Western Europe, Canada, or the US and forced to go to local shops.

I can get either of them cards pretty cheap second hand from CEX. I want to be able to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R Series mainly CoP at full dynamic lighting @ maximum.

I was looking at the 6850 but atm I can do with one of those cards. The GTX 460 is something I would consider. I am also upgrading my PSU so that is not a problem.

I am upgrading my PSU so the either of the cards will not be a problem. I was originally going to go with a 9800GX2 but from here and other sites I hear bad things about that card. I saw in benchmark's that it runs better than the gtx260, 4870 and the 9800GTX with crysis But even if it last's a year I will be happy as I can purchase one for 80.00GBP.

Would you then recommend that I save a little more money and go for something else that is new. It is only that I have store credit with CEX for 80.00GBP. I could save a little more and get a better card than those I have listed. What would you recommend if I stretched to 100.00-130.00GBP ?
I will mainly be playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R CoP with GPU demanding mods

Also I am in the UK

PC World is the worst place to get kit from.
