New computer power light on then off immediately

Just built a new machine. Pressed rw button, and blue pw lite went on then off immediately. Checked F_panel connectors - one was backwards. changed it and Presto! computer started up. Turned it off, pit sides on, plugged it in and....nothing. At first pw lite flashed on/off, now nothing happens. Faulty case wirinf maybe?

take out the power cable to the psu --press on button a few times--lights may flash and fan kick over--plug power back in and try it
