SA6200256D2HPP Sparkle AGP Graphics Card: There is a small white 2-pin connector at the edge of the card. Is that for external power, if so what voltage & current is needed?

Looking at a pic of the card that looks more like a Fan connector -- (It definitely is not an external power plug !) -- It's for plugging in a Fan added to the heatsink to keep the card cooler.

Regarding the Sparkle Video Card, Thanks for your help. A fan power source make more sense.
