Change Pentium 4 631 socket LGA 775 for Pentium D

Can i Change a P$ model 631 Wich works in a socket LGA 775, for a Pentium D.
By the way my computer is a HP DC5100
P4 631
4 Gigas of Ram
1 Tera of HDD
