Check this link.... WoW signficantly favors nVidia cards:

Most WoW types are looking for an average of 60 fps so as to maintain a minimum of 30 in high activity zones.

470 gets 94 fps $240 ($2.55 / frame)
460 GTX gets 82 fps $170 ($2.07 / frame)
450 gets 55 fps $95 ($1.73 / frame)

6870 gets 80 $200 ($2.50 / frame)
5850 gets 76 $200 ($2.63 / frame)
6850 gets 71 $160 ($2.25 / frame)
5770 gets 56 $110 ($1.94 / frame)

* all prices per newegg.com (EVGA, Asus or MSI boards)

Given the above, the 450 is the "best bang for the buck". The 1fps you'd get from the 5770 doesn't seem worth an extra ($0.21 per frame), but given the performance boost of 26 fps, I'd grab a 1 GB 460 GTX which is only $0.13 per frame higher than the 5770.
