Can ram bip if motherboard is ok

Beeps? Yes, if the power supply is supplying enough juice to the board. If the board is receiving voltage, usually a green or red light will be lit, or the cpu fan will turn for a second and stop. Try using just one ram stick in the slot nearest the cpu; post your board make and model number and ram make and model number for more advice.
