Is this power supply sufficient?

Alright, I just managed to snag an intel Xeon L5640 cpu, and as such I was going to upgrade my motherboard and graphics cards and was wondering if anyone could weigh in, and tell me if the power supply I have will do the trick for the new build.

My current build is as follows:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 630 OC'd - 3ghz
Motherboard: MSI NF750-G55
Ram: 8gb DDR3 1333mhz G.Skill (4x2gb)
Video Card(s): 2x XFX GTS 250 1gb
HDD: 2x 7200RPM 250gb
Optical: 2x DVD -/+ RW
PSU: Cougar PowerX 700W

The new build will simply replace the mobo, cpu, and vid cards (as well as dropping the ram to 6gb for tri-channel)
CPU: Intel Xeon L5640 (to be OC'd to around 3ghz if possible)
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth X58
Video Card(s): 2x MSI GTX 560 Ti w/Twin Frozr II

What I want to know is, given the replacement components, will I be able to re-use my current PSU or would any of you suggest upgrading to a more powerful unit?
