I presume you mean that the preview that your printer driver shows is red
tinged: this usually indicates that color management is being applied more
than once in the way you have Elements set up and are trying to print.

This is a complex topic and the correct settings for printing depend on your
printer. If you have an Epson printer you are in luck. Epson has many
educational materials through their web site that will walk you through the
basics. If you have a Canon printer you are better off printing using the
driver, rather than Photoshop color management, for the most part. If you
contact Canon they will send you their arcane color management procedures
for the i9x series of printers (hopefully Pixma printers have better
drivers).
