Download MSI Afterburner thats specificly desinged for GPU.Beware that if you chnge any settings in MSI afterburner that it will overwrite CCC.As an alternative you can download CPUID HWMonitor,it list every temp on ur PC but it will list your GPU temp also, just leave it running while you game and when you done it will show oyu the highest temp.

MSI Afterburner is one utility that will do those things, however it may not be compatible with your card. Also, RealTemp will do that as well. Even though RealTemp is meant for recording CPU temps it can also record GPU temperatures as well, and it can also record the temperature data and write it to a log file.

Download and run TechPowerUp GPU-Z. On the Sensors tab page you can enable logging to a file.

Thanks for the comments. What is a temp that I should not exceed for the gpu?

With a room temperature of 21-22°C, idle temps should be roughly 60°C, when the GPU is fully utilized & stressed it will reach 88°C quite fast.

Make sure it doesn't go over 100c.Below 90c is good but you might have a problem if it exceeds 90c.
