Ati radeon hd 5750 gta 4 rgsc freezes

Hello,
I am wondering , does anyone have the same problem as me? I have Ati Radeon Hd 5750 graphic card , and when I even try to lunch RGSC (Rockatar games Social Club) It automatically freezes, actually it freezes when I can see the "Play" button. I looked trough a lot of posts , but I cant find anything . Can anyone help me please?

Honestly, if you have an xbox 360 or ps3 play it on that. GTV IV for the PC is probably the worst, buggiest console port the PC has seen in years. It's awful, they shouldn't have even released it in the state it was in.

I know , but it worked perfectly on my computer , even when i put the highest graphics. And i don't have xbox and ps3 ... yet. If anybody knows how to get rid of this...please answer to this thread.
