Please help

I have an XFX nforce 750i motherboard and its failing to boot up, the green LED error code at the back is showing either HP or 32, when i look these up on the error code lists 32 comes up as Reserved and HP doesn't appear to be an error code that's in any list
(Put under Abit as their is no Sub-cat that fits)

If it a new build, follow step by step, if it has been upgraded, changed, go those steps involved.
