Whats temperature is considered as "normall" with Phenom X4 ?

Which temperature is considered as normal or too high with AMD Phenom II X4 965BE ?

I've got new Arctic Freezer 7 pro and in idle = 35 C,
with a load max temp reached 52 C.

That's doesn't look unusual; it may run a little cooler after the thermal paste has a chance to cure.

How high your clock speed .. Overclock or stock speed ? if stock speed you need fix , like jtt283 said. If under oc 4ghz , it's very cool

My speed is stock speed, what kind of fix do i need?

I just put that cooler on few hrs ago, when i was changing it i cleared old paste and put all new one.
I dont think i put not enouth :/

You don't need a "fix" as those temps are well within the normal range. If you get north of 68C (especially at stock, haha) then you'd be approaching a problem.

If thermal paste too thick your temp will up, just try this way for drop your temp , disabled smart fan in bios . And it's will ok , maximum temp 60C

Thanks, i will be keep watching it at least until i get that cooler trusted.
Perhaps i will up multiplier and CPU to 3.6GHz if temp is still cool

35c idle and 52c load is actually pretty decent for that processor and fan.

Max temps listed by AMD for all of the Phenom II cpu's is 62C. You're fine as long as you don't approach 60C. My 940BE idles at 27C but I have Power Now enabled so the the downclock to 800Mhz is key in my situation.
