Looks okay, but save some cash and get $100 DDR3 1600 CL9 memory. Also, this power supply is a bit better and enough to power everything. A SATA II mechanical drive won't hit 3.0Gbps, so why a drive that claims 6.0Gbps? Finally, the only benefit of that style water cooler is that it takes up less room in your case and doesn't cover any memory slots. The cooler I listed below will allow low-profile memory in the first slot. Put the Ripjaws in slots 2 and 4 and you'll be set. <--G.Skill RAM, you won't notice any difference in gaming/surfing. <--Corsair 750HX PSU <--Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB, free shipping <--Cooler Master Hyper 212+

EDIT: Noticed your mobo and GPU are both sold out. Here's some alternatives:

GPU: <--Factory overclocked reference design <--Twin Frozr II aftermarket cooling (some heat will be exhausted in the case) <--Best price I've seen today, free shipping

Mobo: <--ASUS P8P67 Pro, free shipping <--Same board on Newegg, $5 more <--Gigabyte P67A-UD4, free shipping <--Same board on Newegg, same price, $8 shipping <--MSI P67A-GD65, free shipping <--Same board on Newegg, $2 more, $8 shipping <--ASRock P67 Extreme4
