Looks okay, but save some cash and get $100 DDR3 1600 CL9 memory. Also, this power supply is a bit better and enough to power everything. A SATA II mechanical drive won't hit 3.0Gbps, so why a drive that claims 6.0Gbps? Finally, the only benefit of that style water cooler is that it takes up less room in your case and doesn't cover any memory slots. The cooler I listed below will allow low-profile memory in the first slot. Put the Ripjaws in slots 2 and 4 and you'll be set.
