Need help, computer is making a humming sound

Alright everytime i go into a css server actually into one not just the start menu but i have to be init, it starts to make a humming noise and i have tried about 5 other games and it never makes any humming noise when i play online with them.

I have stopped both the main fan the graphics cards fans and its not them, maybe the cpu fan or hdd?
