I bought this power supply like a month ago and wondering if it would work pretty well with a HD 6970 or gtx 570 video card with my intel core i5 2500k processor. It worked well with my gtx 560 ti hawk video card for awhile no problems whatsoever. Here are the specs:

I want to buy either an HD 6970 or GTX 570 for my next purchase after my CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and CPU Cooler upgrades.

Thanks

It will work wonderfully. There should be no problems. In running my 6870 on a 500w and its fine.

The GTX 570 that I bought requires 38 amps on the 12+ rail and the same should apply for the comparable 6970. The psu you have goes up to 20 amps. Its good for midrange graphics but higher end graphics you will need to upgrade your power supply

The kingwin has 55 Amps combined on the 12V rail. Enough for 2 gtx 570's in SlI.

it's a good unit and can power a single gtx 570 just fine with lots of room to spare.
