i got a problem with ics in win2k and a client machine that has win98. seems that the client machine always has problems accessing sites in a foreign continent (me in canada accessing site in china), but does not have any problems accessing any of the sites that are local (i.e. north america). my win2k machine can access any site i type in, ti's just this client machine that's having probs. anybody know the reason to this?
