Ok so I've been running into an issue where certain games that I play will come up with really bad polygon spiking and reduced performance. I RMAed my card and I got a replacement one but the problem is still there. It doesn't happen in all of the games I play though which is weird.
Some of the games where it does happen are Sims3, FFXIV, Rift (Beta) and Spore. In games like Fallout 3, Assassin's Creed 2, Mass Effect 2 I don't have any pixel spiking at all but the games don't look how they used to but that just be me being paranoid... Is it possible that I'm looking at something other than the graphics card or am I just having bad luck with them?
I read somewhere that bad RAM can cause this problem as well but I've tested my RAM using MemTest and it didn't find anything. I also tried the RAM in different slots on the mobo and I tried them one at a time but the problem was still there.
Have any of you guys run into a problem like this?

Have you tried enabling/disabling V-sync in CCC?
Well... that fixed it. I feel really dumb now lol...
Thanks for the help man! Haha I can't believe how easy a fix that was!
