MSi 5770 Hawk Edition GPU - Clocks are changing when watching youtube

Hello,

I have a MSi 5770 Hawk Edition GPU

I play world of warcraft, and enjoy watching youtube on my second screen.

But when i am watching a youtube video the clocks change from 850/1200 to 400/900 MHz, i think its the 3d clocks changing to 2d clocks.

The reason why this is bad is because i cant PVP/raid whilst watching youtube because my fps goes from 60 (i have vsync on) to like 30 ish and less.

Anyone have a clue on how to change this?

EDIT: forgot to put in rig details

AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE 3.2ghz quad core
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram
MSi 5770 hawk edition
750 watt psu
2x 22" HDMI at 1980x1080 res 2ms

I think you would need to disable hardware acceleration of flash videos but am not sure.
