Which PSU to buy?

I have a Intel DH55PJ motherboard and I need to upgrade the PSU from 450w to 500 w
and I really dont know what to buy because there are SO many things to know about....

I have Dvd drive,seagate barracuda hdd and they both are conncted from a Serial ATA cable to the motherboard...
I want to install a Nvidia Gtx 460 which requires a 2 6pin pcie cable(what is it?)

And my power supply doesnt has a Pcie cable so I need a new One and I dont Know what to buy!!

Whats your power supply now? There are molex to 6 pin adapters you can buy.

I'm sorry just cross check drive , and are you sure use serial ATA in intel DH55PJ ( have 4port SATA )

If it dosent have a PCI-E connector, it's probably not giving out 450W. More like 220W.

I'd recommend getting a Antec EA650 from Amazon for $59.

Yes it's a bit overkill (500W would be plenty), but the only decent 500W PSU's cost $50+ anyway, making the Antec 650W a sweet deal.
