PC connected to TV - screen lag every 30 seconds

Hi, I connected my pc (Geforce 450, Intel i5 750, nvidia 266.58 drivers, windows 7 sp1) to my lcd tv(Philips 42PFL7803). The image is fine, everything is working. But every 33 seconds I have a mini freeze on the screen, like a mini lag in an online game.
I already tried connecting with vga cables and with mini-hdmi, and I have the problem in both cases.

I tried with the windows 7 without sp1 - same problem

And, with my television and monitor connected at the same time, with the same image in both, I still have the problem in the Television, and no problem in the monitor.
