I have a "XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support" Video Card and need to buy another upper end gaming card for BattleField 3 when it comes out later this Fall. There is not to much out on BF3 so I dont know what all the game will be pushing for the card I may need. Knowing that a video card is like a sports car, that the speed of the car is about much you want to spend is how fast you will go. I just cant seem to find another card that is that much better for a price tag under 200 bucks. The only games I play are Black Ops, and BF2 and soon BF3...so with that in mind any suggestions, or should I just buy another card like the above from newegg for $140 bucks?

I play at the max for the card, 1900x1280 I think...I cant remember here at work, also have a E6600 and 4gigs of DDR3 running Win 7. I have loved this card and it runs great. The only other thing I can think to add is that I would like to run 2 or 3 monitors...I also do a lot of CAD designs and thinking a game like BF2 or BF3 would be killer on 3 monitors if I could.

I think your best bet would be to wait and see if the game uses x-fire...i know most shooters do however i would wait till you know for sure because that could change your decision for the card.

however if your going to buy now now i think if your power supply can handle it i would get a second 5770 since for games that do utilize multi-gpus that will put you on the level of a 6850/5870/5850.

Yeah xfire=crossfire just in shorter terms. However like i said i would wait till it gets closer to launch...you might be seeing a drop in prices for gpus an might be able to get something that top of the line now for near what your asking for.
