Amd atholon x3 rana 435 fan makes really loud noise

Hi there,
Last summer i bought a new comp with atholon x3 as cpu and from the very start, when i run some games the fan start working on 5300 rpm so please help me sorry for bad englisch, it is not my first language and i was writting fast, hope you understand. Please help!!!!

My idle tempereture is 40 (average) ,fan on idle is working on 2300 rpm.When is load my cpu tempereture is from 54 to 58 .Max fan speed is 5300 rpm when cpu is full load .

A bit hot for 3 core ok.

No,But now the temps are lower a bit weather changed example (when is not load the temps are 25 , and when is load the temps are 30) , i underclocked it a bit , but noise still comes .I will try replacing termal paste,Are there possibilities that the gpu is cousing noise (Ati radeon HD 4650)gpu fan only work at 20% so i don"t think so am i right?

Thanks for advice ,i think that i will buy new cooler soon or even new cpu .Do you know some good cpu for oveclocking that can fit on am3 motherboard with TDP 95w?
