You are referring to India currency? Newegg doesn't ship internationally. Seeing how Phenom ii x2 550 is AM3, the lowest you can go is a 770 northbridge. Just be sure your motherboard will support AM3. I do suggest getting an AM3+ so you can upgrade to bulldozer in the future. Anyway, MSI, Asus, Gigabyte are all good brands. ASrock works fine as well. I will only consider Biostar if I'm on a really tight budget/strapped for cash.
