Just about any newer LGA 775 motherboard should support your Pentium 4 and DDR2 RAM.
Really though, if your motherboard has died, it would be well worth upgrading the entire system.
Pentium 4 processors are very much outdated and even the most budget processors (outside of Atom and Bobcat) can easily outperform even the fastest P4D era processor.
