HD Radeon 6870 compatibility with Intel DG33FB Motherboard

Hey Guys I have Intel DG 33Fb Original motherboard. It has PCI e*16 *1 ports so can it support Sapphire HD Radeon 6870 graphics card ??

Before I say yes, I worry because that is an old motherboard; either it came with a prebuilt system, or it's an old build.

Would you mind posting some of your other specs? I'm most interested in what CPU you have and your current PSU (will determine if the CPU would bottleneck the graphics card, and if your PSU can even handle the card).

My CPU is Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 on Intel DG 33 FB motherboard with 3 Gb Ram DDR2. My Current PSU cant run this card I m buying Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600W will this PSu be enough for the card ??
