Well, the first thing I would say is if you can, wait for Bulldozer. If not, go Sandy Bridge.
Sandy Bridge processors currently beat AMD's offerings, even it's 6 core CPU's. Also, I would not get the 5870 as it's super expensive. You would be better served with 2 6950's or 6970's. Or, if you want the same price bracket, 2 570's will DESTROY everything else.
Seriously though, don't spend almost $400 on a 5870. There are much better cards available.

the 2600k is probably your best choice right now , but the Phenom X6 wont be bad ... just not as good

The 5870 gfx card is expensive , out of stock , hot and loud and wont help with rendering tasks . Nor will adding another in crossfire .
Rendering is CPU intensive .
A 6870 is all a casual gamer needs for a 1080p panel .

The mb is expensive if you are only going to use a single card , and wont give any extra performance

So can you tell me which sandy bridge processor will support heavy rendering but still be in my budget and also can you tell me which nividia card with SLI will help me in rendering and other gaming purpose..........

just let me know as in India this config is still new so i thought to go with this configuration ............

so if you guys can help me in deciding the processor and graphic card then it will help me a lot .....

And also i don't want to go for quadro at its too costly and so i am looking for something which can fit my budget and also can give better performance or upto a quadro graphic card and that's why i am going for SLI or crossfire ..............

Thanks for your help ...........

As outlander said, the i7-2600k is good for REALLY heavy rendering. But if you can't utilize 8 cores, go with the i5-2500k. It's still much better than the Phenom II X6. As for gpu, I would suggest either 2 gtx 560's or 6950's.
GTX 560: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121425&cm_re=560_ti-_-14-121-425-_-Product
6950: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121429&cm_re=580-_-14-121-429-_-Product

Both are good choices, it really depends on which type your programs prefer, CUDA or stream.
