In order to answer that question, we need you to tell us your system specifications and OS.

There are multiple ways of finding this out, but the easiest (in my opinion) is going to start->run->type "dxdiag" (without quotes) and hit enter

In the tab called "System" please tell us what it says for "Memory" and "CPU"

In the tab called "Display 1" or "Display" please tell us what it says for "Name"

We also need to know how fast your internet is. Depending on your speed, you won't be able to stream High Definition content to your PC.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have an intel pentium 4 cpu3.ghz (is that a dual processor? and do I have to have a dual processor to get HD?)

1.5 gigs of ram

Operating on 32bit, Windows 7

Display name is Radeon x300/x550/x1050

I am "supposed" to be on AOL's highest speed and I have just done 2 tests and my current download speed is 2.3mb/s.
