Hello,i donnt know what to do..i installed sims 3 and i cant move it...whenn i open icon of sims they show that somthing is wrong with my grapfhics card and i have to look in hardwere..somthing like that....ut i played earlier sims 3 it always worked...but nnow it doesnt after i formated this computer....can u help me and tell me what to do..because im really upset because of this...

do you use a discreet graphic card or a have an inbuild one.

then reinstalling your drivers or updating them with newer driver may solve the problem, also do you use any anti-virus

yeah i use avast...so i have to reinstall my drivers...do u mean it all my drivers or some of them

i think you should just reinstall your display drivers, and on a side note use a paid anti virus, your computer may be suffering from viruses and that might be preventing the uninstall, do you get a message like"Windows installer cant be accessed' or something.

nooo....it just show me this:D evice 0 cant runn this title.no supported video graphics card detected.Please check your system hardware...it shows me just this,,,,istallation of the game passed well..i didint have problems with installation....all passed well just i cant open it the game and play it that is the problem...i didnt use it so much internet this days and i formated this pc 2 days a go..is it possible that viruses atacked so fast...,,,,,i will install other antivirus but i dont think that virus cause this problem

in this scenario, its probably not viruses. its probably your display drivers, either you havent installed them or they havent installed properly, i suggest you reinstall your display driver, first try the ones you have, if they dont work, download latest driver and try it. I hope you didnt overclock your desktop and messed up with BIOS settings

i didnt touched anything...the day i took this pc from the service..when i got home i installed sims 3 first without touching anything...so i coulnt doit anything..only if that guys from services are incompetent to format this pc well and install drivers and all the stuff that this pc need...belive me is ot my mistake...when formated my own sims worked....i downloaded some newer display drivers so i will see now the result...thank you for youre helpp
