Good CPU Build Under 1000

Hi everyone who cares enough to read this! I am looking to build, or just have a pro build me, a computer. I don't know what components to buy, and I need some help. Either AMD or Intel is fine, but AMD will allow me to upgrade more in other places (obv*) So yea. I already picked a monitor and stuff. Look on Newegg.com please. Or recommend me a new site? I want them all from one site please. I have a mouse but no keyboard (DeathAdder FTW) so yea, THANKS!

When I say, I got a monitor, in my situation it means Im going to buy a near 300$ monitor HDMI 1920 x whatever. and im in NY
