Disadvantages of H77 motherboard over Z77

Hi, I am planning to build a new desktop and was deciding over H77/Z77.

Is the only drawback of H77 (over Z77) that it CANNOT overclock? Anything else? (Doubt: Will Lucid Virtu work with H77?)

I have no intention of overclocking.

Also, what about other features of the chipset itself? Is overclocking the only missing feature compared to Z77?
