Looking for a graphics card for gaming

I have a custom built computer.
Specs

Core i3 530
Asrock H55m-ge r2.0
4GB DDR3 1600mhz


I am trying to run COD4 using Intel HD Graphics it runs but is a bit laggy. I have a budget of about £90 but I don't want to pay for something that may be to much.

What graphics card would you recommend and how many watt power supply may I need to upgrade to?

what monitor resolution you got and what is your current PSU?

1366 x 768 and not sure cit 450w I think but ill upgrade if need be.

for that resolution and PSU i recommend a ATI 5670, should run COD4 maxed easily.

should handle future games nicely on your resolution

would be really good to know what PSU you got before you go buy that one though.

I need VGA my monitor is VGA only

the card comes with a DVI to VGA adapter, so no problems there.

All I know about my PSU it is cit 450w and I will just upgrade if I need to.

hmm, generally a 450w should handle the 5770 but i have no idea if that PSU of yours is good or crappy one :S

I would prefer to upgrade to a better Brand and a better PSU altogether.

I did some research and the case and PSU cost £22 so it will be crappy.

Well Graphics ill go with the HD 5770 or HD 5670 and £50 for PSU enough for a decent one I get maybe £60 for a quieter version?

i think 430W is pretty weak, get that 500W, then you can run a better GPU in the future too.

it could probably run it but you would be on the edge, i would play safe and go with the 500W.

awesome, it will be a really good upgrade from the intels IGP lol, most games will probably run on high settings.
