HP class action law suit

Hello, I have an HP/Compaq DV6000 laptop and the computer screen is beginning to show lines both vertically and horizontally. It just tarted one day and was working fine previously. I see there was a settlement with NVIDIA to fix the computer. How do I get this accomplished? Thanks,Alan Preisser
