I would like to upgrade my older Gateway for gaming, specifically for World of Warcraft, while a few programs like Firefox and iTunes are running in the back ground. Basically I would like to get as much out of this pc as possible, or perhaps it would just be a better idea to go ahead and buy a new pc.

Here are the hardware specs:

Motherboard: ms-7248

Processor: Intel Pentium D 805 (Dual Core) 64-bit processor with EM64T Technology

Memory: 2048 MB DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM (two 1024 MB modules)

DVD: Double layer 16X DVD+/-RW drive

Hard Drive: 250 GB IDE 7200 RPM Ultra ATA hard drive with a minimum of 2 MB cache

Card Slots: One PCI-Express ×16
One PCI-E ×1
Two PCI Conventional

Monitor: VGA input 27" Dell 1920x1080 resolution
