TMPIN2 Overheating

i cant play cod4 like this
my TMPIN2 ovearthing while playing cod4 and its affects on the fps and seriously its unplayble
right now my TMPIn2 is like 80-79 but while playing cod4 its on 100+, sometimes after 5 min of playin its on 90, its playble there but more then that its not, and most of the times its over100.

GTX460
AMD PHENOM 2 X4 955 3.2Ghz
4GB RAM
