Problems with nvidia geforce 210 causes system to restart

I have just bought my new nvidia geforce 210, I have downloaded the new drivers from NVIDIA site, but still it causes the system to restart when I connect my graphics card and when I remove it the sys works fine...I'm using ASUS P5G41C-M LX series motherboard,1Gb DDR3 RAM,core2Duo intel processor....please help me????????

1) GF210 isn't worth the PCB it's soldered on.

2) What is your PSU? It may be that your PSU is too crappy to power even a GF 210

did you format your computer or install a new OS?
